Another missed promise. It was EOB and I had not received the requested photo from national office. The Observing Committee is still blind to what was ordered and received. We're keen to see what the new metal lapel pins from the new supplier look like. I mean, we issue these. We provide these to our members. It's our portfolio. We designed them! And we have no idea what they look like.
Are not the RASC office staff available to do our bidding? Are they not there to serve us.
It is so frustrating. Updated the team. Said I'd follow up on Monday...
