spotted blank pages

While checking out the supplemental materials for the RASC Observer's Handbook, I spotted a problem with the Fifty-To-The-Pole document.

The big issue was a ton of blank pages at the end of the file.

I could tell the PDF had been made with Excel and that someone had pre-formatted a bunch of rows. That bad habit many users have... Unfortunately, the Print-to-PDF process had scooped up these rows making for an unnecessarily long document and large file.

I offered to fix it.

Chris sent the Excel source files. 

But before I could jump in, the OH editor Mr Edgar repaired the file and generated a new, compact report.
