Updated the previously constructed observing list for the RASC Deep-Sky Gems observing program.
Changed the list to match the tables in the 2023 Observer's Handbook.
Had to do some fancy footwork for a few items.
It occurred to me that a supplemental document might be useful...

A curious thing happened. I emailed the .skylist file from the Ubuntu computer to my Gmail account and opened it on the Android phone. And it worked!
I didn't think that was an option anymore...
But it immediately opened in SkySafari. Sweet.
