explained the SS list quirks

Made a supplement document to serve as a companion to the SkySafari Deep-Sky Gems observing list.

SkySafari does not support notes on individual targets in a list nor a list-wide note or description. SkyTools does. Stellarium does, sorta.

Given some of the quirky things in the list and the peculiar tricks I had to use in SkySafari, some remarks are needed.

Made a doc in LibreOffice, converted to PDF, and uploaded to the DSG web page on the RASC site.
