tried to fix monitoring

Spent a couple of hours trying to sort the CAO camera monitoring issue on Tony's home tower computer.

Found the item in the Favourites list was terribly out of date.Verified the domain was in the compatibility mode sites list. Verified the ActiveX systems were set. Didn't work.

Deleted the OCX files and reinstalled. Didn't work.

Tried to install IE 7 and IE 8. Didn't work.

Removed IE 9. Tried to reinstall it. Didn't work! Oh oh. The hole was getting deeper.

Installed IE 10. Deactivated User Access Control. Reinstalled the video and control drivers. Got rid of the error messages. Saw credentials preserved. But then, it still didn't work. No images.

So weird...
