Sold! Fascinating. Thanks to Phil we suddenly we had a serious buyer interested in the SkyShed POD at the Carr Astronomical Observatory. And after, I gather, a productive phone call, they sealed the deal, shed and deck. What a relief. The Universe moves in strange ways...
