tried to sort Access issue

Visited Malcolm. We had a look at the membership Access database on his laptop computer. He showed me the form that had stopped working. I traced the error to an ActiveX issue. And finally determine it was due to missing DLLs. I explained the programmer had used external components, a fairly common practice, but that meant that using different computers would require a non-trivial set-up. It didn't look like this was documented in the VBA code. He thanked me for looking into it. I apologised that I could fully resolve it.
