sent quasar note to SkyNews

Sent a letter to the SkyNews editor, inspired by the discussion (and image) of a quasar. I wanted to emphasise to readers that a handful of quasars are doable by visual observing. Image by NASA, thank you.

Along the way I found issues with my notes (again). I had the quasar designation wrong in my July 2011 blog entry. My SkyTools 3 Pro list was missing Ian's suggestion from April. And I had not added the last quasar viewed in June this year to my deep sky life list.
