who needs help at Starfest?

Contacted people who registered for repair work at the upcoming Starfest. I asked for particulars of their issue or problem. This will help me prepare, ensure I have appropriate tools on hand, and do any research in advance of the event. It will give me a chance also to remind them to bring all the relevant bits.
