a lot of white light

There were a lot of white light violations again. Elaine and Tony were upset. Didn't help they were camped beside a globular cluster!

There were a surprising number of cars driving around late a night. Driving fast too. Without red covers on. Even Francois turned on his outside trailer lights. Goof. He should know better.

I shared that last year, on the Thursday night, I had seen a lot of white lights. But I assumed that it was status quo. At the time I wondered if it was overlooked. Perhaps Starfest did not officially start until Friday evening. They disagreed. People were observing and imaging now.
