helped fix polar scope

I helped Nicole fixed her polar scope. She dismantled it and cleaned the reticule. I helped remount the reticule. I encouraged her to replace thumb screws with original grub or set screws.

I argued that they rarely need adjustment so thumbscrews were just asking for trouble. We used a 1/16" Allen key to snug it up. We aligned the polar scope on the Observing Pad using a hydro pole a few thousand metres to the south.
