She copied me again. My contact at RASC national office who helps the Obs Comm with certificate printing and mailing.

She asked the office manager the status of the order request made about 10 days prior!

She asked if they had been ordered.

If they had, when could we expect them? 

She reiterated we need them soon.

We hoped to get all the remaining certificates out before the new year.
