on deck for wx presentation

As he was looking for a speaker, I asked Paul M if he wanted me to deliver my weather presentation for February. He quickly accepted. 

I'm on deck for Feb 3. I'll be talking weather tools, websites and apps, which amateur astronomers should learn to use to predict conditions for future dates.

I developed the slide deck a while ago and it's in the can, ready to go. 

It arose around discussion of smoke and fire and how some resources helped anticipate it. I had contributed to a discussion in September 2020 on the RASC Toronto Centre forum and Paul asked me then if I wanted to delivery a talk.
