attended council meeting

Attended the first RASC Toronto Centre council meeting of 2021. Partly as an observer. Partly to help with technology: I took on the host role in Zoom, admitted councillors and guest members, and prepared and implemented polls for the council voting. I jumped into the conversation about members behaving badly on our forum and made the point that the admins and moderators need clear guidelines. I ended up providing some facts on DDO matters too.
