up early

I got up early. 8:00 AM. Early, given I was still working the midnight shift... But there was lots to do today. And I kept thinking about the solar system. In particular, Venus whipping around the Sun, in a tighter orbit, moving faster than us, and drawing ever closer to the alignment. Second and the third planets.
