to plot the light

Asked Dietmar for the historical Geoff Brown Observatory log sheets. I'd like to plot the Sky Quality Meter readings. He doesn't think there are that many. But even a few a year are OK. I'm very curious if there's a measurable trend, particularly with the increase in bad lighting in Collingwood...

Maybe we don't want to know this... If power consumption is any indication.
