new CAO panorama looks good

I finally got 'round to converting Dietmar's high quality panoramic photos of the E.C. Carr Astronomical Observatory grounds from the Observing Pad into a landscape image for Stellarium. It looks really good. Much better than my (first and second) attempts, that is, my attempts with my photos and my stitching.
