reworked the shafts

I've been chatting with Ward for a bit about the DDO 3D print model.

He reworked the "cones" as a monolithic piece.

With the hole down, he prints this as a single piece. Brilliant. 

Left-right is the polar axis. Up is the shaft for the counter-weight.

Saves a lot of fiddling and assembly later...
