A little out of touch with my HTML coding. And my old Dreamweaver product does not generate this. I added the TITLE tag to the images in my photo gallery to produce, once again, a pop-up.
Also added ALT and TITLE text to all images in the blog proper, via the blogger editor image properties option, since January 2016.
