International Astronomy Week starts next week. Culminating on Saturday 10 May—International Astronomy Day. There are a few things going on in the Greater Toronto Area.
The Ontario Science Centre will feature astronomy on May 10 for the whole day with Science Rendezvous. The RASC Toronto Centre volunteers, weather permitting, will be flying telescopes during the day for solar observing. There is no evening component at the OSC.
Lots of activities downtown with the University of Toronto as well as at Ryerson.
Also on May 10 there will be an event, in the evening, time TBD, at the David Dunlap Observatory.

I forgot. The RASC Toronto Centre has its City Observing Session planned for this week. And the Mississauga Centre is doing their Tuesday night observing programme.
