finished passports

Completed the run of the CAO passport cards. Found a few more blank pre-printed cards so I added them to the pile. Redid the layout once again on the full card run document. Printed the cards in colour, double-sided, printed the long letter, double-sided, printed the short letter, printed the envelopes, all with minor printer hiccups. Perf'ed the cards. Completed some cards by hand. Signed the letters. Folded the letters. Stuffed the envelopes. Licked. Broke up the pile by hand-delivery and Queen's post. Affixed postage. Oh, and maid one more letter, for a late-report from Phil. I'll try delivering some in person tomorrow.
