posted flyover details

When I tried to double-check the shuttle and ISS flyover times, I found the Heavens-Above web site was not responding. I posted a note to RASC Toronto Centre list:

• 6:55 PM, starting in the NW, 10° up, lasting about 7 minutes
• 8:32 PM, starting in the W, 10° up, lasting 1 minute

And noted an alternate site:
