Purolator phoned me to say a shipment from Dell was being held at the depot until August 6. I drove 'round to pick it up. The clerk said it was returned to Dell. What?! Why? She didn't know. But she said she's seen this happening before. Said she'd forward the information to her manager. And she the manager would call me.
