did not receive notice

For some reason, when new messages appear on the new RASC forum, I'm not getting them. I was expecting daily notices. Nothing. For example, the GO notice for Deep Sky Observing Session didn't show. If I had planned to go, I would have missed it the alert. The Discourse forum settings are not clear.
