prox system up

Dave and Tony worked on the prox card system for a good long time. In the end, they found the the modem component was acting strangely. While powered with an AC adapter, with lights on, the modem did not work correctly. When they swapped the supply, then it started performing normally. They also installed the new battery that I had purchased from AA Electronics earlier in the week. I offered to find a proper cylindrical fuse and button everything up. Oh. And there is a green LED!
