planned CAO POH

At the meeting after the meeting, Tony, Dietmar, Ralph, Charles, Grace, and I chatted about CAO Public Open House matters. We discussed dates and settled on the October 4-5 weekend. Looks like a lot of people are available at that time. The official date would be Saturday 5 October. We'll need to arrange a speaker. We talked about promotion. This needs to happen quickly now, to get the word out. Ian W. could mention this at his library talk next week. We can submit information to the Sustainability group and Chamber of Commerce. And our neighbours and northern friends.
