helped CPC owner

Helped Craig out. Tony introduced me to Craig and explained he was having a problem with his eyepiece or mirror or something. Didn't quite grasp the problem. We headed to his "site" and I took a look. He had a CPC 8" GPS telescope with a Williams Optics 2" diagonal. The mirror diagonal would not tighten. Specifically the ring to the visual back would not tighten. It was, in fact, very stiff. There was also interference from the focusing knob. Really could have used an oil filter wrench. Found some pliers from the New Eyes gang. And got it sorted after about an hour. Applied a little bit of Zen And The Art Of Motorcycle Maintenance. Sweet. He was very pleased. Back in business. He offered me a brew for the support. Happy to help.

Then he asked me how to align. Still daylight. I walked him through the basic steps. The SkyAlign was new to me though... Sounds pretty easy.
