I reached out to Canadian Tire's customer support regarding the battery issue with the MotoMaster Nautilus 800 power tank. I shared that I thought it very wasteful that an entire unit would be discarded when replacing a sealed lead acid battery was something easily done in other scenarios and something that CTC themselves encouraged and supported.

I think I got somewhere. Who knows where this will end up but at least they are going deeper.
