new DDO team announced

At the RASC Toronto Centre meeting, the new team supporting the David Dunlap Observatory was announced. Dr Bhairavi Shankar will chair the group which will report to the Education and Public Outreach chair. Arnold Brody, Eric Briggs, Liza Hancock, Chris Vaughan, and myself make up the rest of the committee.
