Geoff not well

Geoff, our speaker slated for the first presentation, had to decline, for health reasons. He sent an email message at 4:09 PM. But we were all so busy we did not get the message for some time. After he tracked down the phone number for the CAO, he rang us and relayed the bad news. I was standing beside Ralph in the kitchen while he took the call. Ralph told Geoff to not worry and get well. Then he offered to take over. Whew!

I relayed the news to Tony and Dietmar.

Geoff had planned to bring his dead Celestron CPC mount to the CAO for me to take home and inspect. We'll have to make new plans now...
