simulated crossing

As Trevor and I were reviewing the changes and fixes I had made to their laptop, I pointed out that I had installed the 64-bit version of Stellarium. We fired it up.

He asked if I was planning to view the upcoming ISS-Moon crossing. I told him no. "Hey," I said, "but we can simulate it in the software." That was kinda fun.

After an enjoyable evening, he offered me a lift him in his still new car. It occurred to us that it was the first time he had driven me around in his wheels. Cool.

While I waited on the sidewalk for him to back out the driveway, I looked up. Perfectly clear sky. Figures! Too late to take advantage...
