Thu 12 May ‘22: Bear!
Oh! I found my mascot today. My neat polar bear decoration from my sister.
I had packed it for the trip but forgotten where I put it. I found it in my eyepiece case! A nice surprise.
The Astronomer-In-Residence program is coordinated by the Allan I Carswell Observatory (AICO) at York University with the Killarney Provincial Park Observatory (KPPO).
