Cleared up on the drive home. We enjoyed the sunset.
But at the same time, the further south we travelled, Elaine noticed that the stars were disappearing: light pollution.
We saw the Moon, Saturn, Antares, The Teapot, and other stars. Saturn, Antares, and the Moon were in a triangle. We enjoyed the view as the clouds dissipated, before the orange glow took over. We thought of Richard at the observatory. Hopefully, he was getting good skies.
