I assisted Tony, Charles, and Ralph with the back-office work for the RASC Toronto Centre volunteer appreciation barbecue. I set up an account at evite. I tested and documented the system and options they should use. I created a target email and made it forward to the three. Created a sample invite. Suggested some wording to use in the invite.
