found new version of MCU

After a bit of digging, I found a new version of the MallinCam Universe software, version 5.0. Need to be on groups.io to get it... Weird. Happily, the app now writes out an AVI file correctly, proper playback in MS Films & TV and VideoLAN VLC. But the crop feature is not used, still, during recording.
