Leslie asked me about a problem with a RASC email address. Oops. Forgot to follow-up. Katrina had asked me about it couple days back. I jumped into the hostpapa server. nova09, nova, publiceducation. All pointing to her gMail account. Nothing about education. Nothing to that specific account. She remembered wrong, unfortunately. Rather that redirect, I created a new one.
