When Katrina said she was planning to take temperature readings during the eclipse, I remembered I had yet to load a battery in my weather station.
I put a new 2032 cell in the OneWorld portable weather unit. Set the time (local), date (18 Aug), elevation (900), current conditions (sunny). The humidity read as 20%; the pressure: 822.
It showed the temperature was 31°C+, initially, but dropped to 29.2. Katrina's and Tony's sensors were reading around 28.
Corrected the time. I had used AM not PM.
