unstuck BOINC

I discovered BOINC was not working on the Linux box. Stuck on the downloading step. Turned on the computing preferences:

• While computer is in use
• Use GPU while computer is in use

And things started happening...

Hmmm. No appreciable sluggishness. Maybe I'll let it use more cores...
