built a cable for the N11

Following the wiring diagram and notes on Swanson's site, I built a Celestron PC data cable about of parts. Old coiled handset cord (with the tiny 4-pin RJ). Old computer 9-pin serial connector. Another thing I could do (test) at the CAO this weekend. Packed it in the luggage...
